doesn't work , also i mean i would add a new road

It's not possible to add the road. You can only Send a feedback and choose Report missing road. And please describe exactly for what edit you are asking, link to the picture or any other proof or even note  - "the road is visible on Google Maps or Google Earth, would be great idea. From that moment you must wait for edit maded by Google Employee. It takes sometimes few weeks.
