How to add the street name in Ukraine?

Report a problem in Google maps doesn't work for this region. Is there any other way?

С этим сейчас не все просто. Но можно сообщать про ошибки здесь, или на форуме карт Google.

Нужна подробная информация, с координатами, официальной информацией, если это все возможно получить.

Google Map Maker officially closed on March 31, 2017, and many of its features are being integrated into Google Maps. In google maps You can only suggest an edit in some countries and regions. i think that's why you got the message from google team.

You can only suggest an edit in some countries and regions. so i think that's why you're not able to do this.
