How to add report a missing road and impasses that lead to wrong navigation?

There's a missing road in the university. When the Uber/Grab drivers navigate to this hotel by Google Maps, they will be suggested to make a u-turn. There are also impasses too.

 

I tried to report by months, but nothing happens.

There's no flag which allow me to report navigation
