From within the Maps app use the four lines menu and select "Send Feedback" then "Report missing road" and describe what you need added.

Hie @kannant 

There is no special categories for junctions. You can only send to Google suggestions about adding roads (which create junctions).

If my answer doesn't satisfy you please expand your request with some examples.

Add a missing road

1. Open the Google Maps app.
2. Tap MenuSend feedbackReport missing road.
3. To report your issue, follow the instructions.
4. Tap Send.
