How to add a Missing road segment in Google Maps?

In my area there is a road which is missed from google maps. So, I want to add the missed road line with the existing road. Can anyone please help me about this issue?

You can report the missing road and let Google add it, though this may take some time:

In the desktop version open the map at the desired location
Click the hamburger icon ☰
Click Send feedback
Click Other feedback
Describe your issue or share your ideas
Add a screenshot as directed

Coming from the mapmaker world this is not "adding" or "editting" a road. It is merely an interface to select a road andreport to Google a problem with it. I think Google may have misnamed the functionality. 

But it is a sign that Google is moving forward. Now you can select a road and report a problem. Hopefully you will be able to select the road and actually change the attributes or geometry. That is true editing of a road!

For now, to edit a missing place you can try this:

1. Open the Google Maps app for Android
2. Tap = to open the side menu
3. Scroll down to “Send Feedback”
4. Tap “Edit the map”
5. Tap the road segment you want to edit
6. Tap “Next”
7. Suggest the changes for the road you selected (Name, Incorrectly drawn, One-way/two-way, Closed, or Private)
8. Tap Send

Currently adding new road from desktop is not supported. But you still can report a missing road from Desktop.

I have the same problem but never answered from google. Its look like there is missing road in front of my office.

Sad they killed so much off google maps now, i'm moving my mapping to www.openstreetmap.org now.
