How to add Boundry on a place

How i add Boundry on map places

Thanks for your posting ...

Any Boundary or shape edits were a special feature for all map maker but This feature is disabled at now due to Political reason .. or more

only google can add or edits any places or political boundary. 

So at new we r not able to add any places Boundary ..

But we may wait , after map maker retired we will get new access for edits may be .... so stay as a local or regular on connect ..
