My agency submitted a package of address and street name changes several months ago via the Base Maps portal and we still have no indication on when that data will go live. What's a typical time frame? Outside of this, we have been able to update some of the street names and a small number of the businesses directly in Maps, however most of the time these edits get NOT APPROVED immediately. This also doesn't help us with the thousands of residential addresses that have been changed per the Post Office, but don't yet show up in Google Maps. If it would help, I would also be happy to go out and take some pictures of these street signs to help prove that yes, this is happening and that changes should be accepted rather than automatically rejected.
