How do I move this place into it's correct location?

There are a number of places I can't seem to edit (it doesn't give me the option), such as The Clinton Centre - https://goo.gl/maps/1X4qX5cgYNs

It is located a couple hundred yards away to the West, and you can see it on Streetview here - https://goo.gl/maps/fFemM9aU8HG2

Why can't I edit it?

It doesn't work, they just ignore it.  Almost every POI in this area is in the WRONG location and has the WRONG address and Google Maps will not fix it.  I am sick of wasting my time trying to fix these when they just ignore me.
