Guidlines?

I cant find any indication of what I am supposed to be filling as "Name" or if I am to edit wrongly named spots or what is wrong and what is right?

Where can i find answers to questions like:

1. Should I remove the impromtu tags from names like "Restaurant Mitsos", ""Breadiful" Bakery", "insurances: Spyros Insurances Insurances", "Plaisio.gr", "Lotus yoga club" etc?
2. Does the names of the spots go in English or Native languages? or both? Whichone first
3. How do I add secondary names (like in pic).
4. How are addresses supposed to be formated, what about "str", "str." "Street", "Saint", "snt" etc?
5. Are typical restaurants in Greece supposed to be marked as "Greek restaurant" in categories?
6. Is the pin supposed to be on the side of the street, on the entrance, or in the middle of the roof?
7. How exactly is the "Name" Defined? Is it the business name, the title as it is registered in the tax department, what is on the sign outside etc.
8. So many more that I cant even think now.

These are not official Local Guides guidelines but these are guidelines for representing (your) business on Google from the Google My Business service:

Generally, these guidelines should be also used by Local Guides because of editing the same things on Google Maps. Many of your questions have solutions in these guidelines.
