This tool is used in some areas where google map does not Satellite imagery and can not Report a Map issue in the area like "Sever Thendi Pora" we can edit map in this area so we can use this link (tool)
Hi @Rameez you may be confused as to the purpose of that tool. As @Flash has said previously it does not give you any way to edit or update Maps. All it does is let you register interest in an area so that when the imagery is updated you get en email notifying you that the update has happened. Also as Flash notes the tool is not particularly reliable and may not actually be active anymore.
In time Maps will come to your area and the ability to edit will also open to you. The product covers the world in different ways. Maps slowly grows to encompass the entire planet.

That's a challenging question @Rameez something none of us are going to be able to answer - The Connect Moderators are just Local Guides like you we don't get to know the inner information.
Maybe a Googler will pop up and let you know.
In the mean time why not share some photos of the places around your area here in the discoveries board? That way you can share with Local Guides even though you can't put the content on Maps yet.
I want to start my Business on this location but address is wrongly updated on Google map and facing a lot of problems. Can not Report a Map issue in this area
