Draw roads and add more names on Maps after March 31st

Hi,

 

As we know that Google Map Maker closing in March 2017.
So, after that how do we can add roads and more name to POI? 
And is it true that Regional Local Guides can continue the option after 31st?

Road editing will not be available in Maps immeadiately on March 31st, but it will be coming soon.  There will be an option to report missing roads.

 

No one will have access to Map Maker after March 31st.
