You can report it this way but don't expect anything soon
In the desktop version open the map at the desired location Click the hamburger icon ☰ Click Send feedback Click Other feedback Describe your issue or share your ideas Add a screenshot as directed
As some added information. If your town has no transit data at all reporting it may not have any effect. Your local transit provider would need to compile that data, sign up for the Google Maps transit data partnership and supply it to Google.
@MdSajjadZ the link that Greg posted is the same one I mentioned at the top of the thread and as mentioned there the transit partner program is aimed at organisations not members of the public. The link was just to give you some background understanding, it is not a service you can use.
In short, if there is no transit partner program in operation in your area yet, there is really nothing you as a Local Guide can do.
Btw you should probably remove that screenshot as it is showing your private email address to the world
