BUIB is found in Buea the South West Regional head quarter of Cameroon. Buea a town of legendary hospitality from its acronym is blessed with beautiful people and natural endowment that host one of the highest mountains in Centre Africa (Mount Cameroon) with a height of 4040 meters. Buea is a cosmopolitan setting with about 200,000 inhabitants and 67 villages and the Bakweries people as the original natives. Buea has a surface area of 7000km square and a density of 19.78 person/km square. Buea is a blend of urban, semi-urban, rural and traditional settings which make life worth living. The main activities here are hunting, farming and petit trading. There are two climates in Buea, the raining and dry seasons.
