Adding a missing place not working

I'm trying to add missing places in Ramallah and East Jerusalem but I keep on getting the following error:

What you entered is not valid.

Anyone came across this error and was able to overcome it?

Can you provide details on what you are trying to add?

Yes, I was trying to add a supermarket on a main road. I'm attaching a snap shot of all the details and the error as well.

This looks like a problem with the information that was entered. Can you provide any better details? For example, the address certainly looks incomplete.

That is all the information available in that area, there are no building numbers. And I'm attaching a listing of another shop right next to the one that I'm trying to add with no additional info than what I'm trying to add.

OK so I managed to get adding a missing place submitted but in the edits section it just says NOT APPLIED in caps. What does that mean?

It means that your addition has been rejected. It might be due to a problem with the submitted information.

you have to write the information more clear

like: building name, street name, city, country
