Adding Places/Road: Place marked as removed/ deleted, feature is deleted

I have added one place (road connecting other two roads) in google map maker. Now it is marked as "Place removed" and "Feature deleted" in red as seen in following photo/ScreenPrint or in this link: https://mapmaker.google.com/mapmaker?hl=en

 

When viewed in detail with a click on “show all changes”, we can see as “published” and Edit summary:= A change was made by Google.

 

Can anybody please help me with information about what does it mean actually. Now I can neither remove nor add the same place/road again.
