Local Guides event in Milan

Hello,

for unlucky circumstances my wife is stuck at work due to a colleague who's pretending to be sick.

Blames to her colleagues apart, I have to stay with my kids and I can't attend to the local guides event I've registered for.

My sincere apologies to the whole team!

I also received the invitation for the event and confirmation after I registered. Then one week before the event I received an email saying I am in the waiting list.

Needless to say I consider this unprofessional. And quite Italian. I was expecting more from a google initiative!

Moreover everything was in Italian with no option to switch to English.. Yes, I live in Milan but I should at least have the opportunity to switch to English..

Hope you'll fix the approach next time and do not create expectations which are not fulfilled
