Mississauga Chinese Centre
Mississauga Chinese Centre is a great little China Town. There has been so much hard work to regenerate the replicas of ancient Chinese culture. Among all China Towns in North America this is the only place that has given so much emphasis in the planning stage to re-create all important Chinese culture and architectural aspects in a small area. This is a top tourist attraction in west of Toronto and is almost a museum.

Although there a few other china towns budding in Greater Toronto Area; Mississauga Chinese Centre remains of the North America's most remarkable tourist and architectural destinations due to the founders’ enthusiasm on promoting ancient Chinese heritage in North America by planning this so meticulously. The Centre provides a unique glimpse into the fascinating architectural history and traditions of ancient China including food. The replicas of the Nine Dragon Wall, Soo Chow Garden pavilion and so forth, add to the ambiance when you eat here.
There are many food choices available here. It is difficult to taste, all of them, for an average gourmand in a quick visit, from Traditional Yum Cha (weekend family tea ceremony) style dinning to quick bite from a bakery, BBQ and dim sum. Also available here are Korean (Bulgogi, Bibin bup, Kulbi), Vietnamese(Pho) Indonesian and Malay(Mee and Aasi Goreng)food choices.

There are many arguments for and against authenticity, food safety, healthy eating and many other topics on food over here. A few years ago a similar food court was closed down by Toronto Public Health. I simply do not care much about any of those, but enjoy every facet of dinning at Mississauga Chinese Centre.

If you go there, I would love to see photos of Mississippi and the food crawl. When are you planning on going?

Wait, it is not Mississippi! Oops! What state is it in?
