What are your tips for first-time meet-up hosts?

@Sandra1961, yes, plan it well in advance like I mentioned in the other post.  Sometimes, people just get busy and have things going on.

Have a look and ask around, I'm sure someone will be happy to help you.

As a side note, are you based in Bali? I'm planning a visit for later this year! Perhaps we can plan for something? Or maybe a meet up? 🙂

I am going to plan a Meet Up very soon. I'm going to follow the checklists give myself real time dates to be prepared ahead of schedule. Also, I will have a final " RUN THROUGH" on  my own  at least 3 a week before the event.
