December 17th 2017 at night, we held the World Wide Food Crawl Iwate Act.2!
Thank you @BudionoS again for this idea, World Wide Food Crawl!!!!
By the way, the recap of Act.1 is here.
This time, our purposes are introduce Sake of Iwate and Oyster of Sanriku.
Oninote (鬼の手)
Oninote's meaning is 'Ogre's hand'. This name's origin is a legend of Iwate. If you have an interest, please search it as well.
Oninote is offering fresh sea foods and awesome sake of Iwate. And during the season of oyster of Sanriku, we can enjoy it at there.
Oyster of Sanriku
Oyster of Sanriku is very big and creamy in this season and cheap. If you stay in Iwate now, you must eat it.
Fried Oyster also nice. Thanks to Oninote, we ate much oysters at the night.
Sake of Iwate
Most of Japanese know oysters go well with Sake.
We drank many kinds Sake of Iwate. Washino-o, Tsukinowa, Hamachidori, Otokoyama Phoenix, Nanbubijun. If I recommend you one of them, I'll choose Washino-o. Washino-o is light and little sweet. It goes well with most of Japanese foods. However if you want to drink stronger taste sake, I'll recommend you Hamachidori. I also love it.
Of course, other menus were delicious too.
Review Competition (Re-post)
In this shop, I held a game. It is Review Competition the same as Act.1.
We wrote and read reviews in the restaurant. We discussed and decide greatest review for each item.
And I present a gift to the persons of the highest points.
Through this game, we remind how to write an awesome review and we could learn other Local guide's methods.
