December 16th 2017, we held the World Wide Food Crawl Iwate Act.1.
Thank you @BudionoS for this idea, World Wide Food Crawl!
This time, we went to Hittsumi-Tei(ひっつみ亭) for introduce awesome local foods in our region.
@kumax_aomori came from Aomori (Neighborhood prefecture). Thank you!!!
Hittsumi-Tei(ひっつみ亭)
Hittsumi-Tei is a restaurant that reformed old Japanese house. Looks unique and nostalgic place.
Hittsumi-Soup is a soup in Iwate, Japan. Hittsumi is white one in the picture and it was made from flour.
When we cook Hittsumi into the soup, we pinch a piece from big dough.
In Iwate, "Pinch" is called "Hittsukamu". It is origin of the name of this menu.
There are many taste of Hittsumi-Soup because it is home cooking.
This shop's taste is soy sauce and mackerel soup stock. It is definitely delicious!
Soba is traditional noodle made in Japan. Soba's taste is simple and smell is nice for me.
Most of Japanese people like them especially adults.
When we eat Soba, we eat with slurp sound. It may feel bad for you, however it is like a manner for eating Soba.
Review Competition
In this shop, I held a game. It is Review Competition.
We wrote and read reviews in the restaurant. We discussed and decide greatest review for each item.
And I present a gift to the persons of the highest points.
Through this game, we remind how to write an awesome review and we could learn other Local guide's methods.
Mi-Cafe
After that, we moved to Mi-Cafe. Mi-Cafe is a cafe in a famous apple farm in Iwate.
We ordered coffee, tea and apple juice, also cakes. And we enjoyed conversation.
Of course, this cafe's strong points are apple cakes and juices. They were very nice!!
When you go to Iwate, please go these places! 🙂

Recap
「ど直球」のkumax_aomoriより。
