I wanted to share with you all the big success we have had since we open our Facebook community page in Nicaragua. The statistics speak for them self:
As you guys can see we have succesfully grown our community from 0 followers to more than 1472 followers in less than a week. We already promoted our first meetup on the page and the results were GREAT. I want to encourage every community moderator to create a Facebook page of their on community to be able to reach more people since as you guys can see the reach on Facebook is way higher than the reach we get on Google plus. The point of creating the Facebook page is to provide a new and familiar way to share and interact with other local guides of our own community and to also educate existing a new local guides on what platforms to usewhen connecting with fellow local guides (LocalGuidesConnect, Google Plus, Facebook, Hangouts)
