Hi Local Guides — Thanks to everyone who's been submitting feedback about the meet-up site. We've made a few updates since the site went live, one of which I want to highlight today.
When we first launched the site, you could only choose a meet-up location that was listed as an "establishment" on Google Maps (e.g., restaurant, business). This meant that you couldn't choose a location like a park or a monument as your meeting point. Starting today you can select any address in Google Maps for your meet-up location. Try it out by searching for places near you on the meet-up submission page.
Questions? More feedback? Tell us in the comments below.

Gracias @HelloJess, lo tendremos en cuenta, yo creo que la App de Meet UP de Connect tiene mucho potencial, le faltan algunas cosas, pero están haciendo mucho por ella, gracias.

Hello @HelloJess tow days ago i hosted a meet-up and it was approved but i didn't add the specific place because we missed this update but i was telling my attendees with emails !! this update is very helpful thank you for sharing ..
feedback: can we make the search form by country not by cities , this can help Local Guides to know the meet-up hosted near there cities too .
i hosted tow meet-up in tow different city, this image will show just one because the search was by cities not by country.
