This photowalk will start at the main entrance of the Matara bus stand just in front of the MataraTeleshop. After the introduction of the participants, we will walk along the beach road to capture some beautiful photos and upload them to the Google Maps. We will capture some 360 photos of the park in the beach and Paravi Duwa(Pigeon Island). The Street View images of the Beach Road was taken in February, 2015. We will update the street view images of the road during our meetup. Then we can have a chat on new trends and features in Google Maps and new Local Guides Connect. Finally we can have some refreshments. Note: Charge your phone or camera battery before you come to the photowalk. You do not need DSLR camera's to take photos, you can use your mobile phone.
