Help the people affected by Hurricane Irma

I have a plan to try and help save people in this natural disaster. I would like to get plastic bottles and use them for 2 purposes 1 being we would use milk jugs (once we cleaned, rinsed, and dried the gallon jug so we can fill it with water at our local well (25cent a gallon on water) and 2 all other bottle shapes and types will be used to make boats
