Why I have been taken off points?

Buongiorno a tutti, sono Alessandra e sono una Local Guides, o almeno, lo ero.

Ho riscontrato un problema che consiste che dato che io volevo impostare la mia data di nascita, ma ho cliccato sul pulsante sbagliato e invece di 50 mi ha messo 10! Mi hanno bloccato l'account e dopo avermelo riattivato non avevo più punti sul mio account street view/google maps! E' insulso e scorretto! Se una persona sbaglia l'età e dopo ha modo di ricorreggerla, ma si cancellano tutti i suoi dati riguardanti google maps, è un bel casino! Avevo fatto più di 40 foto! Mi potete aiutare ?

Solved! Once the account has been suspended and was resumed after activities such as Google Maps, for example, and the points relating to Local Guides are turned back a bit 'gradually in the following days until you return intact as long as the account does not He is still suspended. So points have not disappeared but have reactivated slowly every day and your photos remain intact only that you reactivate every day a bit 'at a time.

I thing the algorithm is wrong. More reviews I add less points I got!!!. From 258 to 242?????

Many thanks for the reply. In my case I didnt was taking screenshots of the points because I never imagined that this could ever happen. The reviews that I performed are not simple like ok or nice place and also the puctures try do not show prople close. So being my reviews reached 308 in pne day goes down to 250. I added more in 1 day and go down to 242. This clearly is a mistake or a bug, otherwise I would like to have a reasonable explanation and knows really how this program works.

Now the points went down again to 223!!!???

Since I got level 4 I made a lot of quality reviews also with puctures. Insist somethinf is wrong!!

How can I send my screenshot?

Please check whether some of your reviews have been marked as "private". You can find more on the scoring system information in the Help Center → goo.gl/VRcd1w. Please, can you send us the requested screenshots with points, photos and reviews that are  under 'your contributions' in Google Maps for Android or iOS, and the exact date when you started to notice the drop in points?
