Hi guys i wanna ask how to do a signatures i see below on some users comment?

The signature need to be relate to local guides only?

Hi @A_Yamamoto, here are your personal info settings where you can add your signature (basic html coding like links are allowed):

As for the content: I am not aware of any particularly strict rules but I guess signatures related to Local Guides are most welcome. In any case, do not link to sites that are harmful, sexually explicit... - you know the kind. Also do not post personal info like phone numbers or email addresses. 

Edit: as far as I know, level 5 (and plus) LG's can add signatures. At least that was the case before the LG points and levels "reform.
