What do you mean by 'new Google products'? If you mean the trusted testing opportunity reserved for level 5, it's not something that you can join/apply at any time. When there's a need for trusted testing, Google will send out an email (usually in the form of survey) to find people tat are interested in participating. There's no pattern of when this will happen, so I suggest keep an eye on your inbox for future opportunities.
