how to add my location in google map

Go to the URL: https://www.google.com/business/

You need to fill few things like Business Name, Choose Category, Physical Address and Phone Number.

Once you are done it will give you option to add photographs, videos etc.

And at the end Google will gives you the option to verify the place via Postcard or Phone number which you have given.

Once the listing is verified you Business will start showing in Maps but to get in top rankings you have to do citations.
