Struggling with updating/adding a new Post Office

Here's what happened: A WHSmith store near me used to have a DHL Service Point inside it. Here is the map location. As you can see it is closed. 

The problem is, it was replaced by a Post Office. However, I cannot seem to add it.

I tried adding a new place, which seems to have disappeared.

I tried marking the DHL Service Point as open then changing the information, which was rejected.

I added a photo and you can see it on the link above to the DHL point.

Could someone give advice on what to do, or can someone at Google clear this up? Thanks.

Try adding all the information (phone number, website .... everything) asked on the form for adding a place. Please try to send a feedback on google maps, if that doesn't work tag a moderator in here, hopefully they will fix it.

hi @dyl-64

if your Edits in Google Maps dos't work you can try with send feedback option.

here are the steps :

Tell us about an error

1. Open Google Maps . Make sure you're signed in.
2. In the top left, click Menu Send feedback  Edit the map.
3. Follow the instructions.
4. Click Submit.
