Street view from local guides in Africa

I am writing from  countries with no street view  information. Instead  of having a google team coming here to do such task,  i would like to know if and how local google maps user can do it by themselves and upload it into Maps and Earth.

We have been desperately waiting for something like that.

Hello @MuntuKA, yes people can become a Street View Trusted Photographers, however, there are steps you must take first. Here is a link to a previous post that gives details on how you can become one.
