Problem with street view, linked photos fail after done right, different floors?

I have just started working with street view and the trusted program and have just had the first customer.  

 

The tour is now complete and everything was fine and everything was great, but after a while a lot of the arrows are now completely wrong and it seams that i have to do the tour "linking them together" all over again for the 4th time.

 

Another problem is that some of the buildings have more than one floor, haw can i tell that to street view. I have seen it on other places.
