Posting photo

I'm a new Local Guide (Level 3) and have posted many photos from my computer to named places.

Now when I click 'add photo' to a place a window pops up saying "in order to select an item from your online storage, please sign in"

When I click the SIGN IN button another window tries to open then vanishes. on my second try I get this message

I want to contribute but seem to be shut out. I don't have 'online storage'

Hi @paperboy, 

Before you start uploading photos, you can make sure you are already signed in. This is your main signin page: 

https://accounts.google.com/

Now when in the Maps window, if you are signed in, your face and name appears at the top right. If you are not signed in, a blue "Sign in" button appears there. You can also use that to sign in to Google. 

Once signed in already, try to upload a photo again. Maybe you also need to sign in to your Google Photos separately (if you are trying to add photos from there) Then first do that as well.

Have done all that! Am signed in and still get the same thing, every time!!
