Photos no longer syncing from google photos to local guides

 My local guides is no longer syncing with Google photos.

Google photos is still syncing to my gallery. 

Location, back up and sync are all on and attached to my account.

I can't figure out what is wrong.

Can you elaborate more what you mean by Local Guides not synching with Google Photos? Sorry, I'm not quite clear on what the issue is. Can you describe a specific scenario?
