How can be I enlist as local guide for two different place?

Currently, you can only have one location. If you move, I believe you can change the location (it takes a while) but only one location is allowed.

I believe that also.  I've completed up to Level 5.   I'm not being congratulated for completing or entering level two.  There is no record that I can access showing levels one through five it disappeared.

It depends on your objective.

For Perks and Events hosted by Google, and if there is a requirement on Home City, in this sense, you can only belong to ONE place.  But you are free to switch anytime.  You can change your Home City at your Local Guides home page:

https://maps.google.com/localguides/home/settings

If your objective is to join Local Guides communities, then there is no restriction.  You can join as many as you want, all over the world.
