Hi , I tried all the possible ways, In google careers site most of the Jobs are Expecting 5 to 10 years in Relevant Experience, Im a Post Graduated person with 1 year Experience in Different field.Apart from Job I Started a Startup called RayFog (http://www.rayfog.com/) So many Ideas to Explore.Im just looking for one chance. Is there any other Alternatives to get the job in Google Apart from https://careers.google.com/ ?? Thank you.

Hi @shabarish for my experience:
Google receives around 3 million of Cv's every year. They have to be highly selective on first filter, so, ensure to stand out, with a brilliant resume, try not to be standard. If you lack in experience, try to look at the main recent trends related to the role/position you want to apply, and try to obtain some qualification, through Coursera or Khan Foundation. On top of this, if you are not in LinkedIN, please, join, and look for people you know that are already Googlers, and ask them for an internal referral.
Apply to Google is a job itself, and you have to be prepared.
