How to deal with people running business with fake NAP?

Some people are running business with fake name address and phone no. They are also gaining profit doing so . How to deal with these types of problems. Do google have some checklist to handle this issue?

According to this Reporting of Fake listings discussion in Mapmaker support forum:

1.  Individual Fakes should be reported by the normal channel - that is Report problem of a paritcular place.

2.  Series of Fakes listings can be reported to the Mapmaker support forum, so that they will escalate to Google's Spam team.

The Google My Business Support team do not make it any easier either, but it’s still worth a shot to get these fake pages removed. There are two options for reporting a fake page, one is very simple and the other takes a little more time and effort but tends to be more successful.
