Hi @PanemF, 

 

At this time (in case it's available in your country), you can only add such vector data in MapMaker: 

https://mapmaker.google.com/mapmaker?gw=10

Note that - as it's also said in the warning at the top, yellow section - MapMaker is closing in March. MapMaker features will be transferred to Google Maps - although no-one is sure about the deadline (I would not hold my breath to expect vector editing arriving any time soon).
