Is there any LG Bali community?

SolutionThis is the owner of that community https://plus.google.com/u/0/+putuekadarmadi
The community is based in g+ follow the link I gave you https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/109743461785328710775
and where it says 197 members just click it to see who is in it.
Yes you can probably use that community for a meetup. Most communities welcome new people interested in running meetups or helping out in other ways.

Thanks @Martin_G. It says that it's the unofficial community. Sorry, I should be more specific by adding "official" if it exists.

Official communities can be create and manage only by Google directly. We can create only unofficial communities which can be supported by google.

Thanks @Martin_G. So, how do we find the official LG community? And why do you mention Slovak LG? Sorry, still learning here.

Hi @Sandra1961 these days there are only unofficial communities. There used to be official communities that were established and owned by Googlers and moderated by community members. A couple of years ago when Local Guides moved out of the Social Platforms into this platform (Local Guides Connect) all of the official communities became unofficial communities and were turned over to the lead moderator. I used to moderate the Melbourne Local Guides (link in my sig) official community and took over as owner when it became the unofficial community.
The only official community is right here, so you've found it :).
There are two levels of unofficial community - unsupported and supported. Supported communities have more than 50 members. This MyMap is maintained by Google and has all the supported communities https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1AU7p_7fTAdA5XsSvbgNPHJ9t1XM&hl=en_US
I think you've already been given this link https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/109743461785328710775 to the supported Bali community.

Hi @PaulPavlinovich. Thanks for the explanation. Next question is how to find the moderator who supported the Bali community? The link is correct, I didn't join earlier coz I was thinking to join the official community. I'd like to host a meet up, does it mean that I can use this community? It has 149 members already. Thanks
