If you're looking for information on how to contribute great content (like reviews of a B&B as you mentioned) to Google Maps to make the most of your Local Guides experience, I recommend visiting About Local Guides. If you are a business owner, you may want to visit the Google My Business community as Local Guides is for individual members of the Google Maps community and not for business owners.

Would I be correct in thinking that you are trying to add your own business to Google Maps, you are the owner of B&B La Finestra sul Lago Pigra? If so you need to be aware that you should not use your Local Guide account to do this, nor should you write a review for your own business. Organizations, brands and businesses are not eligible for the Local Guides program.
@TraciC can you confirm the rules for allowing holiday rental listings on the map? Some things are permitted, where staff are on site, in the style of a hotel naturally. How would this be considered: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/4331245 ?
Users can add vacation homes, as long as it has a permanent onsite management where users can contact them - there's more info here.
Although is allowed on Google Maps, under Google My Business policy owners of vacation homes are ineligible to claim it - info here
