To take 360 photos that are Streetview compatible your phone need to be able to use Streetview App (available at your Google Play store).
However after a casual google search, your phone doesn't appear to have a critical component i.e. a gyroscope. So it doesn't look like your phone will work with the Google Streetview app.
The only way is to get a phone with a gyroscope sensor. Websites like GSMArena has a specific tick mark for phones that have that ability. It sucks because it seems most Android manufacturers cut corners on basic sensors like this even till this day (your phone was released last year).. iPhone has this as standard since 2010!
