the current red T-Shirt you see people posting is a thank you from the Local Guides team to all the former Supported Local Guides Unofficial Community Moderators.

At present there isn't any other way to obtain one. From time to time they become available in the Google Store.

Also keep in mind that all Google logos and Local Guides logos can only be used by Google.

Local Guides t-shirts were given to Level 4+ Local Guides who reached Level 4+ by a certain date in 2015 living in the markets where it was possible to ship. That was a one time thank you gift. So, according to Local Guides, we will not be getting Tshirt anymore.
