why google banning the local guide account without any prior message or mail?

why local guide account banning without any prior notification, lot of people asked this questions in the other forms, because banned user cant use this forum.

will this discussion bring any changes to this approach?

Unfortunately , knowing Google they will not talk about policies and procedures to do with suspension or terminations of accounts with anyone not under NDA.

Though if you want to you can post something within the " Feature request " Forum.

In their eyes have feel they have done something wrong, they have to protect their company in which way they feel necessary.

Please be informed that by joining Local Guides it means sheoe he agree to abide by the program rules and guidelines. This includes not posting spam or overly promotional content and not participating as a business or using your Local Guides status to sell or market yourself or your business. She/He is also limited to have one account. 

If a account was banned from Connect or from the Local Guides program it could have been for any of these reasons or others. You can read the full program rules here

• The Local Guides program rules or Local Guides community policy 

• Google Maps policies on reviews, photos, and videos

I personally have had contributions removed or reported by other guides simply for them to re-add the place again and claim the points. I have also seen content associated with locations and places that are not relevant.

At the end of the day, its Google's platform and you must adhere to their T&C's if not then you can expect a short lifespan on the some of the Google services.
