i would like share that subject with you guys, abou what is the traditional food in your country?
i'm from kurdistan - iraq my tradition food in my region is (dolma , bryani rice , kuba......)

I've moved your post to the relevant topic. Please search the community before posting as the same subject can be already being discussed, like in this case.
In my home country (Bulgaria) one of our signature dishes is pulneni tshushki (пълнени чушки). It's basically stuffed peppers with ground beef, rice, carrots and Satureja "чубрица", which is a traditional herb used in quite a lot of dishes. So, what is yours?
P.S.: I got extremely hungry from this topic. 🙂
