One of the most easily cooked and most popular eggs prepared by Indonesians is fried eggs or we call it with "Telor Ceplok" or " Telor Mata Sapi "..

Indonesian people usually use Telor Ceplok as a complement when eating fried noodles or fried rice.

Telor Ceplok is a fried egg without stirring it first. Telor Ceplok usually have a round shape, white with a yellow center.

Residents of Maryland in the United States call fried eggs with dipped eggs. This means that the egg is dipped. There are also those who call boiled eggs.Germans call it spiegelei. Spiegel means mirror. While Ei means eggs. Do you think the Telor Ceplok is like a mirror ??

Thanks for sharing your egg meal! It looks delicious! We have something very similar in my country (Bulgaria) that we call яйца на очи, which means that the eggs look like eyes, although we don't add any peppers.

thank you, this egg look like an eye, in my country (Indonesia)  some people add chili, dried meat or onions to the egg,  but there are also some people who don't add any toping, just add a little salt.
