@pappul it just says he registered in connect 2 hours back and does not mean that he became level 5 in 2 minutes.

Yeah! What @NarenChandra has mentioned is correct.

For those who have contributed on maps but are not registered in LG connect, when they register in LG Connect this happens according to their total points count @pappul.
