Un amico mi chiedeva di conoscere il motivo per cui è stato bloccato? a chi dovrebbe scrivere..

In piu' alcune sue recensioni non risultano nei luoghi postati

Infine altre sue recensioni sono molto utili con centinaia di visualizzazioni!!!!!

Hi @alesa,

We need to be very specific to when talking about Account Blocked issues.

Please provide:

1.  What kind of service is being affected?  If some reviews not published while some do, then it is not due to blocked account.  Is it Mobile only or not?

2.  What is the first time the access issue is being noticed.

3.  Did the access issues being reported before?

4.  Did you got direct response from Google before?

Please provide a Google+ profile of the account having a particular service blocked.  Only that it can be sure which account we are talking about.  As for the same Google Account, sometimes we can open multiple service account at different service

With the detailed information available, then we can escalate the issue to our Google Moderators.

A person that I knew was blocked: its email is [REDACTED]

According to his word He can't apply as local guide..

How we can help him.

Please edit your post to remove the email address.

I asked for a Google+ profile, not the email address.

Existing of prior warning is not relevant in this case.  

The most important part, is the blocking issue is reported to Google already or not.
