@Csaba May be you should have checked once before un-marking a solution 😉 My previous answer still holds good as a solution, since it is head and shoulders above any other place. Walt Disney World Resort has 82,191 reviews. And Central Park in New York has more than 62k reviews. TAJ MAHAL sadly is not even the highest in India as Lu Lu Mall in Kochi, is far ahead with more than 57k reviews. And there are few other places in the world with 60k+ reviews but Walt Disney is by far the most reviewed. Was expecting better ethos from a Google moderator 😉
@ShravanJain I just checked and happy to see Taj Mahal overtaking LuLu Mall. Yes, I am glad that TajMahal and not a "mall" is most reviewed as of today. Tajmahal has got tremendous number of new reviews in last month. Now its 69k and ahead of Central Park New York and probably #1 in India (rightful place). Still Walt Disney World Resort is Numero Uno and by a big margin. Total reviews inching towords 87k as of today.
I suddenly think about this topic and search on Google, the first result in Local Guide forum, great!
After I checked all the post, also clicked on those POI, some updated view count as below. It's interesting numbers, but I don't think its define the most visited place on earth, as not all the countries use Google Maps.
