Hi @Padmajan if you want add public toilets in Google maps please follow this steps and map public toilets on Google maps.

Search for an address

• Open the Google Maps app 
• Search for an address.
• At the bottom, tap the address.
• Tap Add a missing place.

Drop a pin

• Open the Google Maps app 
• To drop a pin, touch and hold anywhere on the map.
• At the bottom, tap the address or "dropped pin."
• Tap Add a missing place

Notes:

• To help us review your suggestion, add a photo. Your photos will be published when your place is approved.
• Name, location, and category of the place are required. Other attributes aren't required, but might help to speed up the review process.

It would be really helpful if all local guides will map all the public toilets all around the world as when you travel is very interesting to have that information. You are all the day walking around visiting the city and sometimes you don't want to go to a bar or restaurant to order something (and pay for it) just to be able to have the right to go to the toilet.

I also know people that has some digestive problems that maybe need to go to a toilet and find it in less than a couple of minuts, and if they cannot find it, it's really a mess for them... so all this would be very, very helpful for everyone!
