When will the new badge be updated here on Local Guides Connect?

I have reached Level 8 last week or so. I have got an email too. But still not seeing the Level 8 badge on here on Local Guides Connect. Can anyone tell me when this will be updated?

I too have reached my next badge some time ago, but I haven't graduated from level 4 on Local Guides Connect.

I do not know of any fix, so perhaps it is best to reach out to Google's support center.

For problems in the past, I have had the best luck speaking with Baljeet, you can contact him at your own discretion.

congratulations for the new level , 

it usally takes around 24 hours for the update to appear in local guides , but you said it have been a week ?! 

I am myself now have level 6 but still not appearing, but it is only from 12 hours 

My advice is to continue contributing in local guides and it will appear soon .

Thank you @MackJorrison for the information. I didn't know if there is any phone support for local guides. I am willing to get a response from any Google moderator. Hope any of them will see my thread and reply.

It seems that badge update is taking a bit longer in the last few weeks. This situation has alredy been reported, so I hope that we will have some communication soon.
