When creating some places shown not applied

when trying to add aplace on the map shown not applied and when trying anothe time shown pending then approved?? 

So how to dolve this issue ????

That means that your submissions didn't meet the criteria, and was rejected by the system, either automatically or by the moderator. I suggest try submitting again, but make sure all the details are accurate.
